Your Circle is an opportunity to practice techniques for thriving (not just surviving) with 4 other mothers like you. Each day there will be a topic and tip that you can practice and bite-sized content for you to read and watch. Our app uses instant messaging to chat and all we ask to get the full benefit of the Circle is that you share and respond with your Circle at least once a day.

Moment by Moment: practice the art of ‘being in the moment’ by learning a technique to practice with your kids

- Feel the power of sharing, both with the mums in your Circle, with your children and the people close to you
Your mentor has lived experience with the problem the programme addresses and is the proof that it helps. They are there to lead the Circle through the programme, offering encouragement and guidance and sharing their own experiences on the way.
