The Expert

Kathryn Hollins

Dr Hollins is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, focusing on mental health and emotional well-being during the developmental timeline of pregnancy, parenthood and family life. She treats families across the lifespan, including pregnancy, infancy, childhood, adolescence and parenthood.

She offers her reflections and tips on mental health and motherhood based on her varied life experiences as doctor, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, anthropologist and mother.
